If you are not completely satisfied with your order,you may be returned up to 30 days from the time you receive your package. To receive credit for your return, please note the following conditions:
- You must obtain an Return Merchandies Authorization (RMA) code before you return any product. For more details and to obtain an RMA from our website, click here.
- Items must be in their original package and must not have been opened.
- Items must be in saleable condition. Crushed, ripped, or otherwise destroyed products will not receive credit. If you received products damaged, please contact our Customer Service department.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. When sending your package back to us, please be sure to use a tracing / confirmation option with your carrier. If your package does not reach us, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
When you place an order with us, you will have access to an account that will instruct you on how to return packages. All package returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs can be obtained in your account area. Simply choose the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive your order, you can expect the charges to be returned to your credit card within 14 days. We will send an email confirmation when the transaction occurs. If you do not receive credit back to your card within this timeframe, call your credit card company first to verify the refund was applied. If it was not, please call us (866) 402-2343.
